Plant Protection Officer - 3rd Shift

The PPO is the first line of defense for Bell facilities. This person is an armed security officer who assists in controlling access to all Bell Fort Worth/Arlington/Grand Prairie facilities. Education

High School education or equivalent

Experience

1 year of experience in Security and/or Industrial Security or related field

Skills/Certifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Secret U. S. Government Security Clearance notwithstanding Collective Bargaining Agreement Article XX, Section 92(B) and (C)
• Must obtain and maintain a Texas Private Security Bureau Commissioned Security Officer Level 3 Certification within one hundred and twenty (120) day probationary period
• Maintain a valid Texas State Class C Driver’s License

Preferred/Not Required

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field
• Excellent customer service
• Background in Industrial Security or related field
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications
