With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we’re looking for a skilled Gutter Estimator to join our team and deliver exceptional service to homeowners in the Fort Worth Area.

As a Gutter Estimator with Gutters by Berger Home Services, you will be the face of our company during the initial client interaction. You’ll visit customer properties to assess their needs, take precise measurements, and provide customized recommendations and accurate estimates for gutter installations, repairs, and upgrades. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure our customers receive clear, transparent, and professional service.

• Perform on‑site inspections to assess gutter needs for residential properties.
• Accurately measure and calculate dimensions for gutters, downspouts, and accessories like leaf guards.
• Prepare detailed estimates, including materials, labor, and optional upgrades, using company‑provided tools and pricing guidelines.
• Educate customers on the benefits of Gutters by Berger’s services and products, including lifetime warranties and maintenance plans.
• Communicate effectively with the office and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain records of estimates and follow up with clients as needed.

• Experience in home improvement, construction, or a related field is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
• Strong math and measurement skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of gutter systems and installation processes (preferred but not required).Ability to work independently and manage a schedule efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to customer sites in your designated service area.
