The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on conveyance equipment. Acts as a senior material handling technician on all equipment installed at the Northlake, TX site location. Aids and mentors lower-level employees. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required. This position is for 2nd shift, Sunday to Thursday, 3pm - 11:30pm.#

** Aufgaben und Qualifikationen:**## What You Will Do in This Role
* Repair and maintain MHE, including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
* Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
* Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot and resolve electrical circuitry issues.
* Build and close work orders in our asset management system, detailing labor hours, maintenance activities, and parts used.
* Troubleshoot and resolve conveyance problems efficiently.
* Locate and manage spare part's inventory to prevent downtime.
* Perform sophisticated maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet strict specifications.
* Aid in training customers to operate equipment seamlessly.
* Respond promptly to service calls, addressing equipment failures and faults.
* Identify and resolve problems as they arise, ensuring continuous operation.##

What We Are Looking For
* A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required. An associate’s degree or vocational technical training is preferred. Niche skill training/certification is a plus.
* Mid-level knowledge with 3-5 years of experience in a technical or specialty area.
* Proven experience in the area of responsibility and a successful demonstration of the key tasks listed above.
* Outstanding customer-facing skills with the ability to maintain professional communications through various channels.
* Experience leading projects, teams, and advising on day-to-day operations and tasks for the onsite maintenance team.
* Physical ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds, regularly bend, lift, stretch, and reach.
* Capability to occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
* Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
* Adaptability to work in various conditions, including small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, temperature extremes, noise, vibration, and standing on concrete for long periods.
