Assist the Vactor / CCTV inspection operators with setup and support at job sites, and drive support vehicles as needed. Work with minimal oversight while following instructions closely.

The starting pay is $20.00 per hour, increasing with experience. A limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 is available for new hires with a valid CDL license; a reduced bonus is available for those without a CDL.

• Assist Vactor / CCTV inspection operators with setup and provide support throughout the job
• Drive support vehicles (pickup trucks) with equipment
• Provide support and work in and around sewer and storm drains
• Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
• Learn and train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment
• Perform setup and clean‑up tasks at the job site / shop

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience as a construction or field laborer (highly preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Strong communication skills, reliable, and a team player
• Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools
• Comfortable working in and around sewer and storm drains
• Comfortable working outdoors at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
• Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
