Job Overview
Hillman Outdoor Living LLC is hiring a motivated and experienced Crew Lead to oversee day-to-day operations on high-end residential landscaping and hardscaping projects. As a key player in the field operations team, you'll lead and work alongside your crew to ensure each project is delivered with precision, quality, and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and a passion for building exceptional outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and participate in the day-to-day tasks of a landscape/hardscape crew
Ensure all project phases are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Operate various heavy equipment as needed on-site
Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols
Follow and enforce project deadlines and site plans
Assist with project layout, material handling, and installation
Communicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and supervisors
Address on-site issues quickly and professionally
Uphold the company's core values and promote teamwork
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in residential landscaping or hardscaping
High school diploma or GED
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Able to operate heavy equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, etc.)
Strong commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
Results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
Enjoys leading teams and fostering a positive work environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
