Principal Accountabalities

* Apply paint to both interior and exterior building surfaces and structures

* Carry out structural repairs on floors, walls, and ceilings as needed

* Diagnose and fix plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages

* Perform routine electrical maintenance and minor repairs

* Paint rooftop piping as required

* Patch holes and restore damaged walls and other surfaces

* Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and operational

* Follow all safety guidelines and regulations consistently

Required Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience in general maintenance and repair work, ideally within commercial or industrial environments

* Solid understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve related issues

* Skilled in painting methods, including proper surface preparation techniques

* Capable of performing structural repairs on floors, walls, and ceilings

* Familiarity with pipe painting and routine maintenance tasks on rooftops

* Physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy items and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to carry out minor electrical repairs
