You will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical tasks, from maintenance to complex repairs, to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of agency facilities. As a Property Services Technician, you willprovidetimely, customer-focused service that safeguards property value and supports a secure, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

Licensed maintenance skills or trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) - D) Substitutions:
Candidates with fewer than 1 year of experience may qualify with the completion of vocational or technical training in general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other building trades - E) Years’

Experience:
General maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related experience - G) License/
Certifications:
Valid Texas Driver’s License
