Repair Station requirements.

• • Performstructuralrepairsandmodificationsonaircraftandcomponents.
  • Remove,repair,fabricate,andinstallsheetmetal,composite,andbondedstructures.
  • Interpretengineeringdrawings,blueprints,structuralrepairmanuals(SRMs),andtechnicaldata.
  • Perform drilling,riveting,fastening,fitting,trimming,andsealingofaircraftstructures.
  • Fabricatereplacementpartsusingapprovedmaterialsandmethods.
  • Conductinspectionstoidentifycorrosion,cracks,dents,andotherstructuraldamage.
  • CompleterepairsinaccordancewithFAAregulations,OEMspecifications,andRepair
    
    Station procedures.
  • Properlydocumentmaintenanceperformedusingcompanymaintenancerecordsandworkorders.
  • Ensuretoolingandequipmentaremaintainedinserviceablecondition.
  • Followallsafetypolicies,environmental procedures,andqualitystandards.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance ,Engineering,and Inspectionpersonnelasrequired.
  • Maintainacleanandorganizedworkarea.
  • Supportaircraftreturn-to-serviceschedulesbymeetingproductiondeadlines.
  • Performotherdutiesasassigned.
  • Musthavefullsetofstructurestoolsandlockingtoolbox.
