Comin Up Program – Case Manager (Full‑time)

Location:

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County. A full‑time role in Fort Worth addressing at‑risk and gang‑involved youth aged 12‑18.

• Deliver holistic case management services to members at assigned sites, including intake, assessment, goal setting, service planning, progress monitoring, advocacy and referrals.
• Ensure administrative compliance—collection and management of membership applications and program assessments—while adhering to organizational policies and communication protocols.
• Prepare accurate and timely case notes, data entry, reports, and documentation to support multi‑disciplinary team participation.
• Oversee assigned programming and activities, maintain quality standards, promote site participation, and document all services and contacts.
• Maintain safety and security of members and facilities; comply with all health and safety policies, report incidents, and maintain discipline and conflict de‑escalation.
• Transport youth participants in compliance with safety guidelines and maintain proper vehicle operation and documentation.
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality and compliance with required hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year experience working with at‑risk or gang‑involved youth.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in case management.

• Ability to work regular program hours, including day, evening and occasional weekends.
• Ability to assist youth in progressing toward individual goals, establish rapport, and build relationships.
• Strong persuasion, influence and motivation skills.
• Identify needs and find solutions, applying case management and conflict resolution techniques.
• Knowledge of problems and barriers faced by at‑risk youth.
• Technological proficiency with tablets, social media, cloud‑based tools and virtual meeting tools.
• Team player willing to collaborate and receive CPR and First Aid certification.
• Pass agency background checks and drug screens at any time.
• Reliable transportation, liability insurance, satisfactory driving record and valid driver’s license for vehicle operation relevant to duties.

• Bilingual capability.
• Experience or knowledge of the Boys & Girls Club Movement (national or local).
