Texas Health Ft. Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, Ft. Worth, TX 76104 - Care Transition Management department
- Work hours:
Part-time Weekends, 24 hours/week, Saturday & Sunday, 7:00AM-7:30PM - Training up to 5-weeks between 7:30AM-5:30PM Monday to Friday
