Java​/J2EE Consultant; GC-USC

Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA-based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing steadily, specializing in Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in application design and development in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Experience working with relational databases like DB2.
• Experience in development, maintenance, and unit testing of web applications and web services.
• Experience using common Java frameworks and libraries.
• Ability to collaborate with client technical teams to understand functional requirements and develop effective, flexible solutions.
• Ability to work in a team environment and possess client interfacing skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with web services protocols like REST or SOAP.
• Experience in responsive web design, Spring, and Play Framework (optional).
• Experience with Highcharts and AJAX (optional).
• Experience working with IBM Rational Software Architect (RSA), Web Sphere, or Tomcat server environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
