Technical Requirements- 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE, with strong expertise in Java 8+ and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA).
- 3–5+ years of solid front‑end development using Angular 8+ and Type Script, including reactive forms, routing, RxJS, and state management.
- Strong database skills with Oracle/MySQL (schema design, joins, indexing, query optimization); exposure to No
SQL (Mongo
DB) is a plus. - Hands‑on experience with Git‑based version control, code review workflows, and branching strategies.
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to take ownership of complex modules.
- Experience mentoring junior developers, conducting technical interviews, and leading small feature teams.
- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders, understand requirements, and present technical solutions clearly.
