Job Description *
* Plans, conducts, and coordinates software‑development activities. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that provides logical and mathematical solutions to business or mission problems. Applies appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life‑cycle. Leverages knowledge of computer hardware, software, and domain‑specific requirements to create robust applications. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.

Ensures adherence to software standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Software Integration Engineer, you will drive the full technology‑development lifecycle-from system and software design to automation tooling, infrastructure upgrades, and seamless software integration. You will work across diverse host environments, including aircraft software, high‑fidelity simulators, and lab setups that combine constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system‑level models.

Core Responsibilities

Develop, integrate, support, and debug cutting‑edge software across multiple platforms.

Own and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, ensuring builds are fast, reliable, and reproducible.

Champion virtual development labs and aircraft‑software workflows, keeping them agile and user‑friendly.

Design and build automation frameworks using open‑source, commercial, and in‑house tools, experimenting with the latest technologies.

Participate daily in scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demos, sharing progress and insights with the team.

** Basic Qualifications*
* - Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college/university in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)

- Experience developing software on Linux

- Experience with simulation software Environments

- Experience programming in C++ and/or Java
