Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Service Now Developers to join our global Service Now Professional Services team.

The ideal candidate(s) will develop, configure, and implement Service Now solutions that support and enhance our Clients Service Now Platform. Working closely with our Solution Architecture team, you will ensure seamless integration, configuration, and support across multiple Service Now Development Projects.
This opportunity is working closely to support Australian clients with a Global presence.

We have the following roles available as we are currently in a growth phase to support the requirements of our expanding clients.
Role requires current Service Now CSA and CIS or CAD certifications. ITAM, and/or ITOM experience is highly desirable, plus hands‑on Service Now development experience.
Available role- Service Now Developer (2-5 years experience)
- Develop, configure, support and customise Service Now applications, including workflows,business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
- Build and maintain integrations between Service Now and external/source systems using REST and SOAP web services, Integration Hub, spokes, and Scripted REST APIs. Including data transformation, field mapping, error handling, and authentication (OAuth, mutual TLS, basic auth). Building to designs and specifications provided by our Solution Architects.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specs, implementation guides, and test cases
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and contribute to sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Current Service Now CSA certification
- Hands‑on Service Now development: workflows, business rules, UI policies and actions, client scripts, script includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer
- Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting one or more of: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), HRSD, CMDB/Discovery, or Service Catalog
- Strong written and spoken English, comfortable working directly with clients
- Availability to overlap with Australian (AWST) business hours each day
- Service Now Asset Management depth (HAM/SAM),
- CAD Certification
- One or more CIS certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-EM, CIS-SM, CIS-DISC, CIS-HAM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-SPM)
- Demonstrable integration build experience (REST/SOAP web services, Integration Hub, spokes, Scripted REST APIs)
- Solution or technical design exposure (not expected at Developer level as our Architects own design)
- Experience in offshore or distributed team environments
- Exposure to ITIL frameworks and processes
- Understanding of Dev Ops practices for Service Now deployments
