Blackhawk Requirements:

* CDL A Driver

* 23 Years of Age

* 12 months Tractor Trailer w/ Dry Van Trailer experience

* Good Safety Record (including PSP)

* Must Meet or Exceed All DOT Requirements

* Live within 75 Miles of:
