The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics, and a valid CDL. Strong communication skills and a clean driving record are required.

• Oversee the daily operations of our transportation fleet, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of goods.
• Manage a team of drivers and support staff, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition for safe operation.
• Coordinate with customers and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental standards.

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
