Birch Prime Partners, a leading logistics company based in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a skilled Bus Driver. This  role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently. The salary range is $45,000 - $66,531.

As a Bus Driver, you will operate company vehicles to deliver goods to various locations. You will adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle. You will also ensure timely deliveries and communicate effectively with dispatchers.

You will work as part of the Birch Prime Partners team in Fort Worth, TX. The workplace is a logistics hub with a focus on operational excellence. The team consists of dedicated professionals committed to customer satisfaction.

The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $66,531 per year, with the exact amount typically determined by factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the specific responsibilities of the role. To be successful in this role, you should have a valid commercial driver's license, which typically requires passing a written test, a skills test, and meeting specific medical and legal requirements. Experience as a Bus Driver is preferred, as it would indicate your familiarity with handling large vehicles, managing schedules, and dealing with passengers. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, which is a standard requirement for many driving roles, as it may be necessary to assist passengers with their luggage or move items within the vehicle.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to interact with passengers, fellow drivers, and dispatchers, and clearly convey important information such as route changes or safety protocols.

What you will do:
  • Operate and maintain our fleet of buses, ensuring they are in safe and efficient working order.
  • Transport goods to various locations, adhering to strict schedules and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
What we need:
  • A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Experience as a Bus Driver, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and state transportation laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
