Parts Warehouse Associate

Employee to perform all functions necessary to keep the Parts Warehouse in a clean, organized manner - including but not limited to accurately physically receiving materials/products to maintain integrity of inventory control, and ensuring delivery of materials/products to the proper departments and/or customers.

Helps pick, pack, and tag all customer deliveries, ensuring customer invoice/order number is on all parts shipments/deliveries/paperwork.

Accurately receives all incoming orders and puts inventory in the appropriate bin locations.

Checks and records quantity and quality of goods received.

Inspects, accepts, or rejects inbound shipments.

Communicates and coordinates with appropriate teammates for product returns/repairs.

Properly inputs received material into the computer system and forwards proper documentation to the Warehouse Manager.

Delivers product to appropriate personnel - keeping all pathways clear.

Assists in other departments as needed.

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and managers.

Maintains a safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations.

Wears personal protective gear as necessary for the job.

This applicant is subject to Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace Policy. This position requires pre-employment testing.

Working knowledge of computerized inventory control system.

Ability to accurately complete arithmetic computations to sufficiently perform duties of the job.
