Base Pay Range$19.57 hourly
Compensation and ScheduleMonday‑Friday, Full‑Time, Non‑Exempt
What You Will Do- Operate all material handling equipment needed to perform the primary role (order picker cart).
- Perform and complete daily safety inspection checklist for all equipment used.
- Effectively utilize, operate, and navigate the data collection equipment used in the department (RF scanners, tablets, etc.).
- Perform discrepancy counts, recounts, and user‑created cycle counts as assigned and directed.
- Unload and load trailers.
- Provide assistance and support to all other functions within the department such as case pick, restock, transfer, pulling, staging, and checking.
- Maintain or exceed minimum productivity requirements (CPH – count per hour).
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Comfortable using electronic devices.
- Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic math skills; ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
- Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
- Flexible with start and departure time changes.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Responsible for any additional duties assigned.
This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand‑eye coordination, near vision, far vision, and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery.
Working Environment- Employee must be able to work in a high‑volume, high‑demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
- Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.
- The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
- The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
