Warehouse Associate II – Truck Unload (MON‑FRI First Shift)
Join S&S Activewear as a Warehouse Associate II, responsible for receiving and unloading truck shipments, maintaining organized workstations, and supporting other warehouse functions.
Base pay range: $19.57/hr
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Compensation & Schedule$19.57 hourly, Monday‑Friday (5 AM–1:30 PM), Full‑Time, Non‑Exempt.
What You Will Do- Operate all material handling equipment needed for the primary role (order picker cart).
- Perform and complete daily safety inspections for all equipment used.
- Utilize and navigate data collection equipment (RF scanners, tablets, etc.).
- Conduct discrepancy counts, recounts, and user‑created cycle counts as assigned.
- Unload and load trailers.
- Provide support to other functions (case pick, restock, transfer, pulling, staging, checking).
- Maintain or exceed minimum productivity requirements (CPH – count per hour).
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Comfortable using electronic devices.
- Can lift and carry up to 50 lb(s) on occasion.
- Basic math skills, ability to count, add, subtract quickly and accurately.
- Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, labels, and SKU information.
- Flexible with start and departure times changing.
- Willing to work overtime when needed.
- Can work independently without close supervision.
- Responsible for any additional duties assigned.
Must wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps, safety vest). PPE is company‑provided with a $100 stipend on safety‑toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required. Check with HR/Training for specifics.
Physical DemandsThis position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling items up to 50 lb. Moderate hand‑eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery.
Working Environment- Work in a high‑volume, high‑demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
- Change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.
- Work within the warehouse where conditions range from warm to cool.
- Operate around warehouse machines and equipment with moderate noise levels.
