AboutThe Role
The Warehouse Associate II receives and unloads trucks, maintains organized workstations, assists in training new hires, processes receivables, fulfills orders, and ensures products meet shipping standards.
Compensation and ScheduleHourly: $19.57
Monday–Friday, 5 AM–1:30 PM
Full‑time, non‑exempt
- Operate order picker cart and all required material handling equipment.
- Complete daily safety inspection checklists for all equipment.
- Operate RF scanners, tablets, and other data collection devices.
- Perform discrepancy, recount, and cycle counts as directed.
- Unload and load trailers.
- Provide support to other functions such as case pick, restock, transfer, and staging.
- Maintain or exceed minimum productivity requirements (CPH).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Follow detailed instructions.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Comfortable using electronic devices.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion.
- Basic math skills.
- Identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
- Flexible with start and departure times.
- Work overtime when needed.
- Work independently without close supervision.
- Perform any additional duties assigned.
Must wear proper safety equipment as required. PPE is company‑provided with a $100 stipend for safety‑toe shoes after 90 days of employment.
Physical DemandsFrequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand‑eye coordination, near and far vision, and hearing required.
Working EnvironmentHigh‑volume, high‑demand warehouse setting with moderate noise.
- Must manage changing priorities and duties.
- Interact with employees at all levels.
- Work conditions range from warm to cool.
- Operations involve warehouse machines and equipment.
