The Mixing Center Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, retrieving and shipping products by meeting operational standards for safety and productivity.
Work location:TAFB West until January 2027, then primarily located at TAFB Main
Essential Responsibilities
Job Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school graduate or equivalent and 2 - 5 years of warehouse experience.
Experience in food industry preferred
Technical ProficienciesExperience operating an electric pallet jack and forklift
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel) and warehouse management software
Communication SkillsExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills & the ability to multi-task
Must be able to speak, read and write English
Other CompetenciesAbility to perform basic math, count and label product
Self-motivated, independent, cooperative, and creative
Ability to effectively work well with others, compassion for our mission
Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentWork in a warehouse environment
Frequent standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
May encounter exposure to fumes and/or airborne particles, and hear moderate to loud noise from warehouse equipment
Requires work schedule flexibility with occasional weekend and evening availability
