This is a fully onsite role at our brand-new facility located at 15333 Independence Parkway, Fort Worth, TX. It’s an exciting time at McMaster-Carr as we grow into our new regional headquarters in Fort Worth—a modern, automated distribution facility that will help support Texas customers with the excellent service and innovative solutions that define our company.

You’ll begin by learning and mastering one core role within our facility. Once you’ve built proficiency in that role, you’ll expand your skillset through experiences such as:

• Handling oversized or heavy inventory using powered industrial vehicles (training provided)
• Preparing outgoing packages and conducting quality checks to ensure presentation and accuracy
• Fulfilling orders accurately to help customers meet their business needs

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and are results-oriented self-starters. Our warehouse is clean, temperature-controlled, and equipped with technology to help you do your best work.

A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.

We’re looking for dependable, adaptable, and hard-working individuals excited to contribute to a highly organized and evolving distribution environment. You may come from a background in retail, military, education, or something entirely different. What matters most is that you have:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Physical ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks
• Experience with adhering to structured processes and making justified decisions
• Willingness to train on material handling equipment (experience is a plus but not required)
• A focus on safety of themselves and others
• A team mindset, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow through hands-on work

Base salary $79,000 - $89,700

Total cash compensation ranges from $99,000 - $121,000 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
