XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for Forklift Operators!
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177
Pay Rate: $19.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on position
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. Candidates must operate equipment safely, handle inventory accurately, and maintain a strong focus on workplace safety.
Available Positions
- Stand-Up Reach Forklift: $20.00/hour
- Sit-Down Propane Forklift: $19.00/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, pick, put away, load, and unload inventory.
- Scan pallets and locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspections.
- Follow warehouse procedures for shipping, receiving, food safety, and product handling.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
- Relevant forklift operating experience; stand-up reach operators need 5 years of experience.
- Prior certification required for sit-down forklift operators.
- Experience with scanning and inventory handling.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must pass agency background checks and drug screening.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English with supervisors and coworkers.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and operate equipment safely.
- Ability to work in a warehouse with noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving machinery.
- Ability to read labels, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
