Cost Controller for Turnaround Projects

Raise is looking for a Project Controls professional with at least 5 years of experience in cost controls for small to medium projects. This position involves real-time monitoring of costs, commitments, and forecasts while functioning as the central liaison among contractors, finance, and leadership teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring budget variances are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cost-control models for contractors and categories

• Establish daily reporting requirements for contractors

• Maintain accurate cost tracking and reporting

• Attend coordination meetings to understand project delays

• Create accruals for costs not yet invoiced

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost controls

• Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP software skills

• Proven adaptability in dynamic work environments

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work onsite proactively tracking project conditions
