Peace Country Petroleum is growing because we have a great team. As part of a larger corporate group that includes operations on Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland and Northern BC and AB, we are poised to continue that growth in new geographies and business lines.
We currently have a position for an Accounts Receivable Administration Assistant in Dawson Creek, BC. This will be a full time position with 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities   Credit Applications – New Account Setup
Processing Payments and applying to customer accounts
Reconciling customer accounts and reporting to management team
Preparing invoices and statements
Inside Sales – assist customers
Misc. Daily Tasks – answering phones, replying to emails, forwarding calls, etc.
Requirements   Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong technological skills
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude, always willing to challenge the status quo
Ability to contribute to a strong team environment
Demonstrated ability to meet goals and overcome obstacles
