The Records Systems Clerk works under minimal supervision assisting the Court Liaison Clerk and Records Management Supervisor. Key responsibilities include quality assurance, filing, and responding to sensitive requests for information. A firm understanding of PRIME, CPIC, and RCMP operations is essential to manage multiple priorities in a precise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance reviews for various operational files

• Ensure compliance with CPIC policies and make accurate entries

• Respond to complex requests for information and disclosure

• Assist clerical staff on records maintenance procedures

• Maintain Master Name Index and ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or GED equivalent

• Three years of related office administration experience

• Certification in Office Administration or related field

• Typing speed of 60 words per minute

• Ability to pass RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance
