Support the Ministry of Children and Family Development as a Team Assistant in Dawson Creek, BC. Contribute to child and family services through effective administrative support in a collaborative office setting.
This on-site role involves essential support functions, directly aiding internal teams and front-line service contacts. You'll assist in connecting vulnerable youth and families to necessary support programs while ensuring efficient office operations. This engaging role offers both independent and team-based work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide key administrative support to service lines
• Assist youth and families in accessing required services
• Manage various computer applications for data processing
• Collaborate with other professionals in the office
• Maintain a supportive environment within the team
Requirements:
• Certificate or equivalent education with 6 months experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases
• Previous experience in client-focused service roles
• Background in social/human services is a plus
• Familiarity with MCFD systems preferred
