Campus Receptionist

Position: Campus Receptionist at Northern Lights College
Provide essential support as the Campus Receptionist at Northern Lights College. Deliver top-notch service to students, staff, and visitors while managing reception duties and administrative tasks.

This relief position requires you to oversee the main reception desk in the Regional Building. Your responsibilities include mailroom services, room bookings for users, and handling calls on a multi-line switchboard. The role offers full-time hours initially, reverting to on-call as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception desk efficiently during operational hours

• Provide mailroom services and manage room bookings

• Operate a multi-line telephone switchboard with professionalism

• Offer administrative support to campus staff and departments

• Ensure quality service to students, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

• Office Administration certificate and one year of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Current and valid driver's license

• Familiarity with student records registration system preferred
