Position: Construction Project Coordinator for Roadworks
Location: Dawson Creek

Carmacks, partnered with Peters Bros., seeks a Project Coordinator for Highway North and East Pine Quarry, located in Dawson Creek, BC. This role accommodates office and field work primarily focused on paving tasks.

In this role, you will report to the Dawson Creek General Manager, supporting the Project Management team in achieving performance targets. Key responsibilities include managing material supplies, coordinating between teams, and assisting in the project estimating processes. You will be instrumental in ensuring all documentation is timely and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track materials and manage inventory balances daily

• Reconcile production logs and haul tickets

• Coordinate with team leaders for effective project flow

• Assist in preparing bids and evaluating project specifications

• Document cost comparisons for project reviews

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or proven experience

• Understanding of construction contracts and practices

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel

• A valid Class 5 Driver's license

• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems considered an asset
