OCL Group Inc. is hiring Civil Labourers with concrete and formwork skills for work in Dawson Creek, BC. This role provides hands-on experience in civil projects and emphasizes safety.

The successful candidate will start in early March, with preference for local applicants. The position involves a 12-hour work shift where you’ll engage in site preparation, digging, and maintaining a clean work environment. Collaboration with heavy equipment will be part of the daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow site-specific instructions each day

• Prepare worksite through cleaning and setup

• Conduct digging and trenching effectively

• Take on various duties as assigned by foremen

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history

•

Certifications:

WHMIS 2015, H2S Alive, Fall Protection

• Industrial experience preferred

• Capacity to work outside in different weather

• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol assessment
