This casual role offers an exciting chance to work at a premier venue. You'll handle ticket purchases, provide facility details, and ensure cash accuracy daily. Excellent communication and a collaborative spirit are vital for success in this position, supporting an enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle orders via counter, phone, and mail
• Follow cash handling and ticket reconciliation procedures
• Answer patron questions with valuable location information
• Construct daily ticket office reports as required
• Assist with sales for suites and club seating
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Proficient with cash management
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
