Location: Dawson Creek
Elevate your customer service skills as a Cage Cashier at Great Canadian. Handle cash transactions, ensure safety, and support a welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
In this role, you will be supervised by the Manager or Supervisor of Cage and Slots, bringing your expertise in cash administration and customer relations. Key skills include high-volume cash handling and effective communication. Adhere to company policies while contributing to an enjoyable workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process cash transactions, including foreign currency and cheques
• Monitor and report discrepancies in cash handling
• Redeem gaming tickets and value chips for cash
• Issue opening floats and reconcile closing floats
• Document and reconcile cash transactions and bank deposits
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling
• Serving it Right Certificate required
• Ability to obtain a Gaming License via IGCO
• Excellent customer service communication skills
