As the Event & Guest Services Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between venue staff, clients, and contractors. This role requires managing event logistics, training staff, and coordinating community recreation bookings. You will assist the Director of Events with live event planning and administrative tasks to ensure optimal execution and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison for facility users and staff

• Assist in booking arrangements and contract finalization

• Coordinate recruitment and training of event staff

• Address customer inquiries and manage complaints

• Prepare event agreements and maintain documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in multi-purpose public assembly facilities

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
