As a Dispatcher, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

Your role will involve communicating with drivers, preparing necessary documentation, and adjusting delivery schedules as needed. Strong computer skills and customer service experience are crucial for managing customer inquiries and optimizing delivery routes for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct communication with drivers for efficient dispatch

• Prepare and manage delivery tickets in CUE

• Analyze performance data and adjust dispatch strategies

• Assist in training team members on tools and systems

• Address weekend service inquiries effectively

Requirements:

• Dispatching and logistics experience beneficial

• Strong Microsoft Office skills essential

• Customer service experience necessary

• Professional driving background is an asset

• Knowledge of Liquid Fuels Handling Code recommended
