Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, package, and sterilize dental instruments

• Operate sterilization equipment, performing tests and documentation

• Maintain organized records for compliance and audits

• Ensure a safe reprocessing area following health protocols

• Collaborate with the clinical team for efficient patient flow

Requirements:

• Previous clinical experience in sterilization preferred

• Completion of Dental Assisting or MDRT Program is ideal

• Knowledge of IPAC procedures is an asset

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

• Ability to address equipment or sterilization issues promptly
