Provide essential Emergency Room care at Dawson Creek and District Hospital as a Family Physician. This role covers over 22,000 visits annually with a strong emphasis on community healthcare.
We are inviting applications for a Physician (FP/ER) to deliver emergency services at our comprehensive community hospital. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer Emergency Room services at Dawson Creek Hospital
• Collaborate with other Family Physicians for patient care
• Engage in community hospital office duties
• Ensure high standards in emergency medical practices
• Respond to medical and trauma emergencies effectively
Requirements:
• Emergency Medicine experience is mandatory
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Desired: CCFP certification
• Desired: CCFP-EM certification
