Transform education as the Dean of Workforce Training and Continuing Education at Northern Lights College, based in Dawson Creek or Fort St John, BC. Deliver high-quality, targeted programs in response to community and industry needs.

This regular, full-time position requires a collaborative leader to oversee non-credit training development and implementation, while enhancing relationships with external partners. You will ensure compliance with funding requirements and direct strategic planning in alignment with college goals. A strong background in curriculum expertise is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage development and delivery of WTCE programs

• Align strategic planning with college initiatives

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

• Identify funding avenues and manage budgets

• Drive curriculum development and evaluate program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Master's degree with relevant coursework

• Minimum six years in higher education or related fields

• Proficient in grant writing and management

• Strong understanding of labor market trends

• Experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement
