2. Share your culinary expertise in a full-time teaching role and foster student success in an enriching environment.

This temporary, full-time position involves delivering advanced culinary training aligned with Skilled

Trades

BC guidelines. You will engage students in hands-on cooking techniques, menu planning, and workplace safety while fostering a learner-centered approach. With a commitment to student engagement, you will also contribute to the Cook Apprenticeship pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Professional Cook Training Level 2 curriculum

• Engage students with hands-on culinary techniques

• Teach menu planning and food costing

• Foster workplace safety and sanitation knowledge

• Support student success in commercial food service

Requirements:

• Interprovincial Red Seal in Professional Cook Training

• Minimum five years of culinary experience

• Current Food Safe Level 2 certification

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication skills and teamwork
