Position: Temporary IT Instructor at Northern Lights College
Join Northern Lights College as a Temporary IT Instructor, teaching Web Development and Programming courses! This role is perfect for those passionate about sharing their expertise with students.

The appointment runs from August 2026 to April 2027. You will deliver courses in Foundations of Web Development, Small Computer Systems, Java programming, and Human-Computer Interaction. Engage with a culturally diverse student body and support their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach web development fundamentals using HTML and CSS

• Instruct on Small Computer Systems troubleshooting

• Provide Java programming instruction to students

• Develop Human-Computer Interaction user interfaces

• Motivate and assist students to achieve their goals

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Computer Sciences or comparable field

• Relevant teaching experience in related subjects

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work with diverse student groups

• Preferred:
PhD in Computer Sciences or teaching equivalent
