2. This full-time position will allow you to influence future culinary experts through hands-on training.

As an instructor, you will provide students with a deep understanding of culinary theory and practices according to the Skilled

TradesBC curriculum. Your practical experience coupled with a dedication to student engagement will ensure a meaningful learning environment. Join a team committed to helping students thrive in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in advanced culinary techniques

• Deliver training on food preparation and workplace safety

• Guide menu planning and nutrition education

• Support student learning through assessment and feedback

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Interprovincial Red Seal in Professional Cooking

• At least five years of culinary industry experience

• Current Food Safe Level 2 certification

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
