The Hall Monitor position at North Peace Secondary School is critical for maintaining student discipline and safety on the school grounds. The role includes monitoring student activity, addressing behavior issues, and providing first aid if necessary. Applicants with school experience and an ability to work independently will thrive in this environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and direct student behavior in various areas
• Guide students to correct their conduct
• Report serious infractions to Administrative Officer(s)
• Circulate to ensure high visibility and safety
• Assist with spills and oversee equipment use
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 10 education
• Two years of relevant experience with children
• Valid WHMIS certification
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Criminal Records Search
Act as a pillar of safety and discipline at North Peace Secondary School as a Hall Monitor.
