Location: Dawson Creek
Join Tremblay Elementary School as a Teacher committed to Restorative Practices. Starting September 1, 2026, influence intermediate student growth through positive discipline strategies.
The successful candidate will work with approximately 190 students, creating inclusive classrooms that support every learner's needs. Your experience will include classroom management skills and continuous collaboration with staff to reach educational goals. This position supports ongoing professional development and empowering students academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create inclusive learning environments
• Implement Positive Classroom Discipline strategies
• Modify curriculum to meet individual needs
• Lead engaging educational focus groups
• Collaborate with team members on student support
Requirements:
• BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate
• Experience in adapting curriculum for diverse classrooms
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Strong skills in literacy and numeracy
• Background in multiage classroom teaching
