The ideal candidate will implement individualized learning strategies for Grades 8 and 9 students at Central Campus. A Master’s degree in Inclusive Education is preferred. Applicants should embody an understanding of diverse educational needs and possess strong managerial skills to enhance classroom dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design tailored learning plans for diverse learners

• Modify curriculum to suit individual student needs

• Implement behavioral and classroom management strategies

• Collaborate with educators on shared school goals

• Conduct student-focused assessments reflecting BC curriculum

Requirements:

• BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate eligibility

• Comprehensive K-12 training and evaluation documentation

• Legal eligibility for work in Canada

• Proven adaptability in curriculum development

• Skills in creating inclusive learning spaces
