Part-Time Resource Teacher - French Immersion

Ecole Central Elementary School requires a part-time French Immersion Resource Teacher for the  school year. Focus on inclusive education in a dynamic K-6 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement French Immersion lesson plans

• Evaluate student progress using various assessment methods

• Collaborate with educational assistants and families

• Maintain effective classroom management strategies

• Attend Pro-D days and other training sessions as required

Requirements:

• Eligible for BC Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate

• Must complete French fluency assessment

• Advanced studies in Special Education preferred

• Knowledge of BC Curriculum and assessment practices

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
