NLC International Education Director Role

Location: Dawson Creek

Take charge of international student services at Northern Lights College as the Director of International Education. Focus on recruitment, program implementation, and strategic oversight.

In this pivotal role, you will develop strategies for diversifying enrollment and enhancing the international student experience. Your responsibilities will span from business management to building partnerships and ensuring a supportive learning environment. A strong foundation in international education alongside excellent leadership skills will be vital for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to enhance international student recruitment

• Oversee budget management and resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with legal and reporting requirements

• Collaborate with external partners and agencies

• Facilitate cross-departmental initiatives for internationalization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s highly preferred

• Minimum five years of relevant administrative experience

• Leadership skills with cross-cultural communication expertise

• Knowledge of immigration policies is advantageous

• Valid driver’s license and experience managing budgets
