As the Director of Global Student Programs, you will play a key role in shaping the college’s international strategy and overseeing the entire international education department. This leadership position requires substantial experience in international education, strong business development skills, and exceptional communication abilities. You will engage with various internal and external stakeholders to foster global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of comprehensive recruitment strategies

• Manage and implement budgets for international initiatives

• Ensure all legal and student reporting obligations are met

• Build partnerships with international institutions and agents

• Advocate for international education within the college community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
Master’s preferred

• Five years of relevant administrative experience

• Proven leadership and resource management skills

• Familiarity with Canadian immigration law

• Driver’s license and ability to oversee large budgets
