Situated at Learning Services, the School Psychologist is instrumental in providing both direct and indirect support to students and the wider school community.
Your role will include conducting assessments, working collaboratively with teachers, and providing guidance to families. Dedicated to appropriate education for all students, you will embody our philosophy that combines empathy and knowledge to foster student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments as part of the school-based team
• Collaborate on educational strategies and interventions
• Facilitate communication with educators and parents
• Aid in behavioral and instructional support planning
• Lead in-services for educational staff
Requirements:
• Doctorate or Master's in educational psychology required
• Good standing with the College of Health Care Professionals
• Familiar with Special Education policies
• Willingness to participate in flexible meetings
• A passion for student success and educational enhancement
