Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in delivering educational programs
• Construct instructional materials and resources
• Operate computers and adaptive technology
• Record behavioral and academic data for assessments
• Provide personal and health care assistance to students
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent certification
• Education Assistant Certificate required
• Level 1 First Aid Certificate may be needed
• Experience with developmental and behavioral needs
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
