A leading oil and gas producer is seeking a reliable Gas Plant Operator with Power Engineering skills near Fort St John. This position operates on a 14/14 shift with offered camp accommodations.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of direct experience and hold a valid 4th class power engineering certificate.

Your role will focus on the safe operation of gas plant systems, requiring various safety certifications such as H2S Alive. Success in this role requires both teamwork and independent working capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage gas plant operations during rotation shifts

• Follow safety protocols and regulations diligently

• Conduct routine inspections and equipment maintenance

• Work collaboratively with team and supervisors

• Ensure proper camp accommodation for team members

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of relevant industry experience

• Valid 4th class power engineering certificate required

• Current Standard First Aid and H2S Alive certifications

• Must provide a clean driving record

• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests
